• • The Judicial administration Council of the supreme court of Tigray is established according to the proclamation No333/2020 Main powers and duties of the council
• • To select and nominate competent candidates to be appointed as judges upon recommendation to State Council,
• • To select and nominate candidates and present them to the State Council to be appointed as registrar,
• • To ensure rule of law and independency of registrars and members of council; and let them know they have responsibility, accountability and duty to respect the people while rendering updated and modernized service.
• • To render effective service by planning –focused on competence of judges and registrars on ; and solving their problem in regard to the social problem they may have.
• • To ensure rule of law and effective judicial system while ensuring trustworthy procedure of recruitment, promotion, transfer, placement and decision on salary and benefits of judges and registrars.
