To ensure speedy justice (to avoid delaying of justice) by staffing the courts of Tigray with competent civil servant; and observing the regulation of hiring, promoting and transferring to achieve its objectives
Powers and functions of the process
• Preparing annual plan of the process
• Issuing performance report to the president and vice president
• Building capacity of the civil servant by proving short and long term plan training
• Improving the system and manner of solving civil servant guidance
• Performing a trustworthy and acceptable promotion transfer and hiring and vacancy placement to the regulation
• Responding to the demands rights and benefits of the civil servant on time
• Serving data of human resourced: currently working, hired, recruited, resigned, pensioned servants.
